Digital distribution, supporting the release

TQIDR streaming platforms.png

Digital distribution is an integral part of the support provided by The Queen Is Dead Records: projects supported by the label are intended for digital distribution through TQIDr. The same service is also available to independent artists who simply wish to entrust their distribution to TQIDr.

Every request is handled by a human: the music is listened to and the release details are checked before delivery to the platforms. If a question, an issue or something that could be improved comes up, the artist has a real person to discuss it with.

The aim is to provide hands-on, attentive and responsive distribution, supporting each release according to its needs rather than applying a fully automated process.

DISTRIBUTION WITH TQIDr

The Distribution-TQIDr website brings together the useful information needed to prepare a release: how the service works, supported platforms, pricing, files and metadata to provide, deadlines and the distribution form.
It allows you to prepare the project step by step and have a real person to contact if a question or issue arises.

THE CATALOGUE

Releases distributed by TQIDr are brought together in a dedicated catalogue, allowing you to browse singles, EPs and albums and access their main listening links.

ARTIST PAGES

Artists who do not have their own website can request an ARTIST Page.
It provides a clear, permanent space dedicated to the project, presenting their artistic world, biography, releases and main links.

RELEASE PAGES

To support a release, TQIDr can also create a RELEASE Page bringing together the useful links related to the project.
Before release, it can notably provide access to pre-save, pre-add or pre-order links. Once the release is available, it becomes a single access point to the main platforms where the release can be found.

A QUESTION ABOUT DISTRIBUTION?

The FAQ provides answers to the main questions about preparing a release, audio files, metadata, platforms, deadlines, changes after release, revenue and how the service works in general.
