His first self-produced EP, "La Méridienne", fueled by raw DIY energy and bittersweet lyrics, impressed The Queen Is Dead Records so much that they decided to co-produce a second EP together, "Le Secret", under the banner of The Queen Is Dead Records.

Propelled by the momentum of this second release, LA YUF worked in 2025 with local partners (near the dormant volcanoes) on new recordings, and also assembled an entirely new lineup capable of bringing the music to the stage, thus revisiting his initial idea of not exposing himself personally.
